Animals are not allowed in our flats!
Plus local tax of Euro 2,50 per night and person over 14 years of age.

Complete kitchen equipment
Washing machine and dryer:
In the laundry room in the ground floor, the washing machine, dryer and drying rack can be used by arrangement. Cost per wash: 5 € Cost dryer: 5 €
You are certainly looking forward to your holiday. But in case something unforeseen happens and you can't start your journey, we have the following cancellation conditions according to the Italian Civil Code (Art.1382):
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before departure.
- 1 month - 2 weeks before departure the price of 3 days will be charged.
- 2 weeks - 1 week before departure 60% of the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation in the last week before the arrival date we charge 90% of the booking amount.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount of the booked stay.
- Already paid booking deposits will be included in the cancellation fees.
